Program Description

Small Victories Wealth ("we," "us," “SVW,” or "our") offers a text messaging program for clients and prospective clients. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, brief service-related updates, and responses to your questions. Messages are sent from our firm texting number, 408-214-3153.

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages — whether through a form on our website, in writing, or verbally during our work together — you consent to receive recurring text messages from Small Victories Wealth at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of becoming a client or purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For most clients, this means a handful of messages per month — typically around scheduled meetings.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again the same way you signed up originally, or just let us know.
